2023 Fall Parade of Homes
Registration is underway for our Fall Parade of Homes…Showcasing Special Features to be held October 21-22 & 28-29. New this fall, Parade builders will be placing emphasis on a key special feature highlighted in the Parade home.
There are two options for builder participation:
- Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends…virtual tours will also be included
- Virtual Tour Only in which the homes will NOT be open during the Parade hours…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms.
As the housing market continues to have its challenges, we recognize that inventory is low and some homes may not be ready for the Fall Parade, therefore the Virtual Tour Only option allows builders to market their company during the Parade by profiling homes previously built and/or under construction.
Early Registration Deadline: August 4
Entry/Publication Deadline: August 25

Advertising Deadline for the Parade of Homes magazine is August 2
